58% of EU citizens think their country will fail to meet its reduced carbon emission targets by 2050. This figure is particularly high in Luxembourg (66%), Austria (67%), Croatia (67%) and Slovenia (68%) and particularly low in Portugal (45%), Denmark (47%), Finland (49%) and Hungary (49%).
