This Garrett pinpointer, which some metal detectorists call a Garrett Carrot because it looks like a carrot, weighs only 6.5oz and comes with a holster that you can attach to your belt. You can also attach your favourite string to the loop. The one-button action makes it easy to change the sensitivity so that metal rocks or other nearby items don't interfere as much.
