The brew is delicate in flavor with a medium body however it is the color of the brew that makes this such a unique product. The initial infusion yields a radiant rich blue which transforms into a magenta purple with the introduction of citrus, a natural reaction to the change in PH. We suggest adding a little honey to complete the beverage.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:

SCOOP | 5-10 blossoms per 8oz water
POUR | Boiling water over leaves
STEEP | 4-5 min
