This is the exact grade of Silica Gel that is recommended in Method 1664B. This is Davisil Grade 923 with a particle size ranging between 75-150 microns (100-200 Mesh) and has a pore size of 30. Grade 923 meets ASTM D1319 specifications for hydrocarbon analysis and meets ASTM D2549 specifications for aromatics analysis. It is suitable for use as a packing for liquid chromatography normal phase separations with low operating pressures, a substrate for supporting surface functionalization.
