In creating our Drag Pipes, we opted for a one-piece design that hugs and follows the line of the bike for a nice visual flow. Instead of hollow pipes, we integrated a louvered core wrapped in stainless steel wool throughout the pipe to achieve the right amount of back pressure, and we increased the diameter of our stainless steel headers for better air flow and performance. We do not recommend it. There is no baffling with this setup which can make engine performance suffer and potentially damage the engine in the long run.We’re designing our full system Drag Pipes to work with the Liquid Cooled models to offer the "Drag" pipe motorcycle exhaust system look without sacrificing engine longevity and performance.
